UWILD / ISIP
Since 2013, Proceanic has pioneered the use of Mini-ROV’s to complete Class Approved UWILDs and ISIPs on MOPU’s, FPSO’s, drill ships and semi-submersibles. For drilling vessels, UWILDs are carried out while the vessel remains on station, on full DP and continues to drill.

Proceanic provides Flex-Joint cleaning, visual inspection and 3D Photogrammetry scanning services. Flex-Joints can be effectively cleaned and inspected without the need for Divers, Heavy Turn-Tables, Work-Class ROVs, Lifting Appliances or DSVs. Inspections can be completed and accurate 3D models generated by a 3-Man Team, with minimal impact on normal asset operations.
Hull Thickness Gaugings
All inspection and gauging campaigns are documented by means of 100% auditable video footage, time-stamped still photographs and a written report in the applicable Class Society required format. Proceanic collects detailed hull thickness gauging information for diverse purposes, including:

CP System Readings
Flooded Member Detection (FMD)
On Tubular Structures, Proceanic is able to deploy a Flooded Member Detection Tool to provide FMD readings directly from the ROV, with real time data feedback to the control station. Suitable for Fixed Platform Tubulars, Semi-Submersible Tubulars and other cylindrical structures on offshore assets.
