Tapis-A Platform

Proceanic successfully completed ExxonMobil Malaysia’s first (and therefore high-profile) Mini-ROV inspection on the Tapis-A Platform located offshore Trengganu.

Prior to offshore deployment, a demonstration was carried out in a 10m x 10m x 10m dive training pool. Proceanic successfully demonstrated the Mini-ROV capabilities in regard to piloting, sonar, Marine Growth Cleaning, CP measurement, UT and FMD readings. Consequently ExxonMobil sanctioned the full project team to proceed offshore.
