Stena Carron

Proceanic, Ltd. of Houston, TX, carried out a DNV UWILD survey of the STENA CARRON Drillship while in Renia Sofia Shipyard, Las Palmas. This inspection was completed using a VideoRay Pro4 ROV. DNV and MCA Surveyors were present to witness the inspection.

Six (6) thrusters, three (3) seachests, port-side bilge keel, and the moonpool were inspected. It is Proceanic’s understanding that the Port side inspection was credited by Class and that divers will complete the starboard side inspection as well as the remaining seachests.
