Mad Dog Spar

Proceanic, Ltd. of Houston, TX, carried out a General and Close Visual Inspection of the 3 North Variable Ballast Tank (3NVB) on the BP MAD DOG Spar. Ultrasonic thickness gauging in 3NVB was carried out by Proceanic per the Work Pack. Additionally, the Inboard/Moon Pool Bulkhead was gauged as this is an external bulkhead and to be consistent with inspections performed on similar structures.

The ballast tank was inspected and gauged using a micro-ROV.
