Heidelberg Spar 

Proceanic, Ltd. of Houston, TX carried out a General and Close Visual Inspection of the 3 North Variable Ballast Tank (3NVB) on the Anadarko Heidelberg Spar. Additionally, steel thickness gauging of the Inboard/Moon Pool Bulkhead and the External bulkhead were taken.

The ballast tank was inspected and gauged using a PRO-4 mini-ROV.
