Discoverer Clear Leader 

Proceanic, Ltd. (Houston, TX) carried out a DNV UWILD inspection of the Transocean DISCOVERER CLEAR LEADER drillship, offshore Gulf of Mexico. This inspection was completed using a VideoRay PRO4 ROV fitted with a hull crawler attachment and a BlueView Sonar.

Six seachests, six thrusters, the moonpool, the bilge keels, and the bottom and side plating were inspected. There was no DNV inspector present for the inspection, but the survey performed exceeds the requirements of previously performed DNV UWILD inspections.
