Over a two year period, Proceanic provided technical support to Shell on the BC-10 FPSO Project. Work Scope included Topsides Construction Management, HSE Management, QA/QC Management, Marine & Electrical Construction Supervisory Services. With a Project Management Team based in Keppel Shipyard, Singapore, services included Project Management, Engineering and Commissioning Management. Work included oversight of all Conversion, Commissioning Work.
